Had two interviews. Director and HR team. Mostly I was asked behavior questions about my background, personal values, strengths, and weaknesses. What do you know about ING, etc. There were no questions asking specific tech knowledge
One video call just to e-meet, not technical questions just about me as a person then afterwards an in person interview similar to the video call no technical questions at all
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ING (Bruxelles)
