Interview
An online test had to be completed. Followed by a phone interview and then 2 in person interviews. The interview process was fairly standard and none of the questions were outside the ordinary.

Question 1
What are the problems facing ING today and how do you propose to solve them.
A nice interview process with average questions and nice people, most of the questions are behavioural and not very difficult to answer. I really liked the overall experience, very professional people.
After a resume check I was invited to take several psychometric tests like SJT, numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning. The difficulty was not particularly high, but the time pressure makes everything way harder.

Numerical reasoning question: mainly reading certain values from a graph/table and then compute percentages/averages.

Interview
La première partie consiste à un Screening HR. La second consiste à un test online. Vient ensuite et en fonction des résultats du tes, un entretien avec HR.
Finalement l'entretien se fait avec le manager.
