Because each salon is independently owned and operated, the best person to address your concerns would be the franchisee. You can email Jeanne@greatclips.com with the salon location & details. We will provide it to the franchisee for you. Thank you.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Great Clips in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied for job right out of school. Great Clips has a great reputation in my area. My school highly recommends the company. At the interview they told me that training was provided on and off the floor. They would send me to the local GC training facility for 3 days of paid training. . I brought a friend in and did a haircut for the salon manager at the interview. She checked the haircut! She said that if they hire someone right out of school they spend tons of time training. All of my haircuts would be checked before the customer left my chair! The manager was very professional.
