I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Great Clips (Providence, UT) in Jun 2015
Interview
2 Part. Face to face interview first, then a technical interview with clients that you bring for 1 men's haircut and 1 women's haircut. The face to face interview was 1 on 1. I was asked questions about my technical skills, my preference for the line of work, the dress standards for the organization and what they were looking for in a new hire. There is a week long training program that was explained during this interview that is offered to all new hires. Personality-fit was gauged during this interview as well.
