Interview
1 phone 2 in person. good experience overall did not end up with an offer. I love the company and what they offer. Will apply again after graduation. Easy questions and laid back. I recommend applying for this. Good Luck! one phone screen too and one phone interview and two in person at Des Moines branch.

Interview
The interview process was actually very long. I had met with a recruiter from my RSO that I am apart of at school and got an interview through that. The first interview was a simple one where i met with the talent specialist there and went through your basic tell me about yourself and situational questions. Then waited a couple days and found out I had gotten a secon interview. This is where i went to the branch i would have been working at and shadowed someone for about 30 minutes, and then went into the managers room to interview with him. This one he asked a lot of questions about me and how i handled certain situations in a sales role. Then got the call for the final one where i met with the VP of the company and this one i must not have done so hot on because i didn't end up getting a call back for a job and was told they were going with another candidate.

Interview
Applied and shortly after received an email for an in person interview with a talent acquisition specialist - no phone interview. Interviewer was professional and easy going. They talked a lot about the position, asked some "tell me about yourself" questions, then some "tell me about a time" questions. Wrapped up by talking about what I'd be doing in the rest of the interview process and estimated start date. I was feeling pretty good and the interview seemed positive. I was told I would hear back in around a week. However, I have not received any follow up emails or calls after 2+ weeks. I wish they would at least let me know if I am no longer being considered.
