I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Albany, NY) in May 2019
Interview
Very fair, wonderful people who were very upfront about the long hours and opportunity. They are looking for people to be very flexible and hungry to advance in the company. You will get lots of questions about your past work, what you would do, stories and what not. Be very friendly, have a strong interview and be profesional but fun and you will do great. Have lots of energy and be genuinely interested in Enterprise (it is a pretty cool company). I did not take the job because of an unrelated issue moving to the area.

Question 1
What was a time when you had to help an unhappy customer, what did you do?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2019
Interview
There is a phone interview to start off and if you pass they will give you a follow up interview in person. The next phase is meeting with a branch manager and doing a shadowing of the work process. Finally you'll meet with the Group Manager and normally if you make it this far you've got the job. Next you'll have orientation. It's a competitive atmosphere so you'll want to display that along with your leadership experience.
