I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Spring Hill, FL) in Dec 2018
Interview
There is a preliminary phone interview to ask basic qualifying questions and then you move to a face to face interview with your recruiter. Once you’ve made it through those you continue on to a branch observation that includes an interview with the branch manager and area manager. Your final interview will be with the group rental manager. They are all different in their own way and ask different sets of questions. Very informative and develops you professionally.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Tampa, FL) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview process was quick. You will receive a phone screening by one of the two recruiters. I had Kelly Dulin. She asks you basic questions to make sure your qualified for the job and are a right fit for the company. Then after the phone screen you will receive and invite via email to participate in the next interview. The next three in person interviews normally happen back to back so make sure you prepare in advance and have the availability. You will first interview in person with your recruiter who initially gave you the phone screen. Then you will interview in person with the area manager in which you'll be placed. During your second round interview you will be asked to participate on observing the branch. The branch you observe will be the branch you will be starting at if you receive an offer. During the observation you will walk through a checklist of items to get familiar with the business and have one of the managers sign off on it. Then when finished you will be interviewed with the area manager. The final round will be with your Group Rental Manager, who will more or less just feel you at to make sure your a great fit for the company and understand the hours and process of the business. All three interview rounds highlight how competitive you are!
