EY Associate Consultant interview questions

Phone screening interview was somewhat short lasted around 15 minutes. The Interviewer was friendly and put me at ease. It will follow the psychometric test you would've taken by then so make sure you follow the same settings you've previously described.

The hiring process was very comprehensive and I had 4 rounds of interview. 1 with the HR, 2 with the manager and Sr. Manager and 1 with the partner. Except the partner round it was all completed on the same day. The HR assessed the personality traits and the the business managers asked technical questions related to audit and advisory. The partner interview was a short one of around 10 mins where the partner was more interested in understanding my background and my interest levels.
