GD & PI...
I got this interview thru campus recruitment....
GD was on a current topic and some were for it and few against it... They were mainly checking on communication skills and how good as a listener u are....Those who were not willing to listen to others were chucked out...
The interview was also good with a less number of technical questions and a few situation based questions.... The focus was more on HR and mostly on PERSON - ORGANIZATION FIT & PERSON _ JOB FIT....

Interview
The process started with a group discussion. The GD had normal and current topics. They were basically looking for calmness, clarity of thought and communication. GD also required us to give a personal introduction at the beginning..You could have created a positive impression right there.
2nd round consisted of a personal interview basically focusing on HR and a little bit of technical.

I had three interview rounds. First was a generag round, second was where 3 managers interviewed me. In the end I had a round with a senior manager. He gave me a acse study, which was not particularly easy. He gave me a recruitment stratgey case for a cement company.
