First, candidates submit an online application through the company’s careers portal. Shortlisted people receive the test link and they need to complete online assessments, which include aptitude tests, situational judgment tests, and technical evaluations depending on the role.
Next is a phone or virtual screening interview with a recruiter to discuss background, experience, and motivation. Successful candidates are invited to one or more in-depth interviews with managers or senior team members. These interviews often focus on behavioral questions, case studies, and role-specific technical knowledge.
