Deliveroo Operations Manager interview questions

30 min interview with hiring manager. Basic competency questions, why deliveroo, etc. Next step would have been an exercice. Then it would have been followed by another interview to present the exercice. Last step is 3 back to back interviews.

There were 4 rounds of interviews, each one hour long. The second round was a Case study-based round. I had to prepare a presentation and come up with recommendations on a business problem. All of the interviewers mostly asked process-related questions, situation, and scenario-based questions.
