Describe a situation where I disagreed with what I was asked to do and how I dealt with it
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Nov 2022
Interview
Really straightforward. A few weeks after submitting my CV, I got contacted by a recruiter who set up an initial conversation with me. She was very kind and transparent and explained everything that will happen during the process. We've set up expectations and decided to move forward. Next was the crafting interviews which were split into 2 1-hour meetings with a week gap between the two. Each interview was with 2 Booking product managers who asked questions and were very kind as well. I can also add that before the crafting interviews, the recruiter gave me a 15-minute preparation talk. She explained what to expect and how to prepare. It was very helpful. After the craft interviews were over I had another 15-minute preparation talk with the recruiter about my last expected interview - the hiring manager interview. She gave me feedback on my crafting interviews and this helped me shape up for the last round. The interview with the hiring manager was very relaxing. No product questions but only time to understand the role, and get to know who I am and if there's a fit and chemistry between us. During the whole process, I got feedback and "interview decisions" between 2 to 7 days (and if something was delayed I got an email about it as well) - I wasn't in the dark and knew where I'm standing and what is about to happen. So to sum up: 1. 1 hour of recruiter interview 2. 2 hours of crafting interviews 3. 1 hour of hiring-manager/fit interview The whole process took about 5 to 6 weeks. Run smoothly and well.

Question 1
I used YouTube a lot during the process - look for the subjects of stakeholder management, data-driven decisions making, AB testing, and mainly prepare lots of examples from your past experience. Make sure to answer briefly and go into details only if asked to. Start with the big picture first and don't ever assume that the interviewer knows what you're talking about. Good luck!
