Interview
First we went through a group assessement: the lady introduced the company, the position and the salary conditions. Then we had been asked to reply two emails from customers (first one in your language, second one in English).
We had to wait 30 minutes for the results and, in the end, they asked anyone of us to go into a private room for the individual interview (which consisted into my backgroud review and a phone call simulation from an angry customer)

the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.

The interview process started with a short phone call about 30 min in order to get to know about my interest in the position and I got an invitation for the onsite interview.
The onsite interview consisted in an English assessment and an individual interview with a Manager and/or Team leader.
