Before hanging up I asked her if I was the right profile for the position and she replied that I was and that she would be recommending me for further consideration. Then I received an email the following week that said "Unfortunately, the hiring team decided that your profile wasn't quite the right fit for this position and we've decided to move forward with other candidates who are more closely aligned with the role."
