The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Kent, WA) in Sep 2019
Interview
Applied online, got a call from HR and he scheduled a phone screen with a senior engineer in the team. I can clearly feel that the interviewer is not as knowledgeable as me. Somehow, I got a rejection call from the HR shortly after the interview. I think the interviewer is blocking me from joining the team so that he doesn’t look bad. This is an unique experience for me, which also tells me a lot about this company. I would run away from this kind of mentality.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Merritt Island, FL) in Feb 2019
Interview
First contact was through an internal recruiter, then the hiring manager. Later, the interview involved a 1 hour presentation by the applicant, followed by several individual interviews by the hiring board.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Relaxed, on topic, and to the point. It was more of a conversation. They were just as interested in your personality then previous experience. Overall, I left the interview feeling good and confident.
