1st call - 10 minute call with a recruiter to talk about relocation and salary expectations 2nd call - with the hiring manager to talk about relevant skills and attitude 3rd - 2-3 hour panel interview for a deep dive knowledge. They grill you pretty hard to make sure you're a good fit

Three rounds - phone screening, technical screening and final round. Overall a lengthy process, dissatisfied because of the reason I was given for the lack of an offer. They could have avoided during phone screening.
