I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Blue Origin in Jan 2025
Interview
Recruiter call, then great interview with the HM, then recruiter reaches out to tell you you're moving on to the next step. You get an email from a separate recruiter now who you contact for the onsite, but not for actual updates? Do your interview, "hear back in 9-10 days". ghosted for a month and still waiting. Recruiters will not respond to you after you dedicate several hours to the process.
The interviewers are fantastic, the recruiters are negligent.
