I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Melbourne, FL) in Nov 2021
Interview
Technical round over the phone, then over teams they had me present for 45 minuets. The questions they asked weren't too hard, but they did judge the presentation pretty closely.

They asked me to talk about my experience with verification and validation
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Kent, WA) in Jun 2025
Interview
I first interviewed with the hiring manager, then after that I had a 'panel interview', which was actually just 5 separate 45 minute interviews with different members of the team. I had previously interviewed with this hiring manager for a very similar role on the team, and had an additional interview between the initial and the panel interview, so this is the more likely situation. The panel interview is the final step in the process, and I was told I'd hear back in 7-10 days with an offer or rejection.

Question 1
What are the differences between different AM processes, such as FDM, SLA, SLS, and DLP?
You are printing a 6x6x6 cube of material in FDM, and you know it will warp off the build plate. You can cut away any of the cube you like, but cannot add any material outside of the cube or change print settings. What do you do to make the part print properly?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Melbourne Village, Brevard, FL) in May 2023
Interview
Recruiter calls, then coordinator books with another recruiter but gets the time zone wrong. I wrote down time zone correct and they missed the call, and then told me I did not show up. I showed them the invitation and said no big deal but I was where I needed to be. Sorry we missed each other. No acknowledgment from them about this, other than they would try again (wow) . Try book me to another interview with three teams, one is 15 mins late, very rushed call, and the other two are fine, one could not fix her camera so I turned mine off to help her feel the same.
The organization of all of the interviews just hurt my head how bad the process was and if I felt this way, what are the non recruiter candidates thinking? How many people have been lost due to this? I don’t think they would want to know.
