Too long, too many. The last day was 4 hours with a large panel and individual interviewers. Needed presentation in the final round. Questions were less technical and more behavioral with every interviewer. At least one interviewer judged me on my capabilities to lead a technical team as a female. He also gave a distinct example of how a female currently in a leadership role is "struggling" to pull through.
I gave a portfolio presentation on my project, then completed a technical interview, followed by behavioral interviews, and afterward I was given time to answer the team’s questions fully later.
