Phone call with recruiter. On-site interview with manager. Overall good experience. Blue is owned by Jeff Bezos, so I should have known amazons leadership principles would have come up. They were looking for qualifications that I didn’t have experience with, so I didn’t make it to the next round.

They give you a nice tour of the place and show you what they have so far. A walkthrough and demonstration of technologies some may not have seen yet. There was a few random questions that honestly didn't relate to the job but I could tell they were important to them for whatever reason.
