I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Origin
Interview
First interview was a 15 minute phone screen with HR. That was easy--just wanted to verify my legitimate interest in the position and experience. Second interview was a 30 minute technical interview with an engineer. He called me 20 minutes late which through me off a bit and asked me if I had experience with a couple things I wasn't familiar with. He seemed disinterested. I got an email a week or two later with a rejection.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Relaxed, on topic, and to the point. It was more of a conversation. They were just as interested in your personality then previous experience. Overall, I left the interview feeling good and confident.
