You get a first call with HR, good one. Then, the hiring manager. Weird exchange, worst interview ever. Maybe a matter of chemistry but it was strange. You would expect a higher level but maybe it was a bad day for him who knows.

Phone screen with recruiter - nothing difficult, chit chat 1 hour phone screen with team mate - Something along the lines of "describe when you had to convince others of a decision" Gave the example of how I ran an AB test and pre-socialized my plan, and took into account implications of a UX change not just to my team but also to other teams. - follow up was: "would you have done anything differently" 6 interviews with team:

- Walk through the architecture of your past project - Explain the technical impact of X decision you made and the specific systems it affected - When you used judgement to make a decision - When you needed to convince others - Hypothetical: How would you grow the Alexa business? How would you prioritize? - A time your manager didn't agree with your POV and what did you do - What metrics would you measure for X feature? What requirements would you create for FB timeline feature? - Other behavioral questions focused on LPs that you can easily find online
