Took about two weeks. It was very smooth and straightforward. HR communicated with me efficiently. Had to go through some testing to see how well one performed as a customer service rep.

I was assessed by their HR for my last interview but was disappointed on how she handled my reason for applying, she was irritated and didn’t show empathy. I hope she didn’t took up PSYCH.
