Very rushed and tell you very little about the role and what is expected. Many staff come across as very arrogant and stuck in the old school ways of advertising agencies.

Application online, no cover letter.
I had a first pre interview with an HR where I was asked if I was comfortable with the role/salary and benefits.
A few days later I was invited to an interview with the team lead and a senior member of the team.
