Interview
First round is HR for R2R role and then I got a mail for technical round. Interview is virtual. Mostly questions from resume were asked. Overall very good experience. Learned so many new things.
The interview was done by phone. It was standard questions like scenarios and your experience in customer service. Once completed, she went over the schedule and job requirements. I was offered the job after accepting the terms.
