      MNC with a good work culture

      Pros

      Work-Life balance is there. Relaxed work environment. Managers, Tech leads, Seniors are understanding and easily approachable, no big hierarchical order in between. Work From Home option makes life easy. Bangalore Office has PS4, foosball table, carrom board, football team, etc and one can easily find some time to relax playing these. On-site opportunities are there. US and Europe are the major sites.

      Cons

      IT,Finance & HR process needs improvement. Takes too much time to recruit new hires. Not very tech savvy, still uses pretty old technologies & frameworks to support legacy products.

      I cant think of anything other than, its a job.

      1. Inexperienced management, Not accountable, Masters of mind games. 2. Dark and gloomy office space. 3. No career coaching or guidance 4. Software Development is void of process or strategy 5. All governed by knee jerk decision and complete lack of strategy.

      No proper resource / Project management. Poorly handled projects, because of CEO , Less head count more work.
