Pros

Great diversity at the company, unlike many software teams. And everyone is really good and cares about their job, and cares about each other's well being.

Cons

The benefits aren't as good as many tech companies. And you only get 15 days of vacation per year at the start. And currently taking sick days counts towards those 15 days which is kind of crazy. The benefits are very good compared to non-tech companies, however.

Flexible hours, good learning opportunities, excellent co-workers

Cons

Health insurance is not good. Politics going on in upper management. A large amount of work with little resources. You might be tasked with doing a job you weren't hired for, but you have to suck it up and do whatever it takes to finish. Outdated and cramped office.
