      The mobbing is a natural behavior of management. More painful- HR Management is part of the hostile environment. They know all about that and accept it. I represented unprofessional behavior of supervisors and company decision was to blame me. The judge in court agreed with me and make Xylem pay. If you your goal is to work for oppressive, unprofessional company Xylem is your place!

      tech stack can be good if you join correct team, whose chances are less

      used to be good, but after change in leadership, the situation has worsned, director wants every one to return to offfice even during covid times and is biased and supports favoritism , top review is given by managers who don't have any way to get out, worst finance and hr team totally worthless,pay is also less compared to market standards
