Pros

The organization has some great, committed people. It also has global coverage, meaning mobilization opportunities and exposure to different geographies are attainable.

Cons

The organization suffers from a lack of vision and leadership, all the way to the top at their headquarters; this trickles down to all offices. People appointed with management and leadership roles have reached those positions through seniority and have had zero development or exposure to supervision and people management, making the work as inefficient as possible and impacting employees' well-being. It also does not invest in its employees, so professional development opportunities are minimal.
