Pros

Life experience Great references for a new job Learning retail behind the scenes Flexible hours Seniority is wonderful

Cons

Pay is horrible. Customers can be very rude and might even throw products at you. The management sexually harass if you are good looking. No bonuses or raises. There raises are like 16 cents. Have to sleep your way into a promotion is your a girl. Must be able to go after work for any chance of promotion.

Pros

Pay, PTO, dental insurance. Bonus (before it's gone) RX technology is still probably the best.

Cons

Work/Life Balance, DM's can be rude, although supposed to promote and interview every all qualified applicants, some still get overlooked. Registers crash daily.
