Senior Management are driven and have high expectations of delivery standards but at the same time are supportive and invest time in developing their teams. There is a strong team and collaborative culture and a sense of collective responsibility to do the best for their clients, and have fun at the same time. The client base is remarkable with enviable logos that have long standing relationships with WM and are often happy to make referrals. Progression can be quick and is typically based on merit. Overall a great place to work, for hard workers that want to learn a lot, quickly.

People. The team are fun, work together and you don't feel like you're on your own. The culture suits me personally, with a work hard, play hard attitude. They reward staff accordingly, regular after work activites and socials. Opportunity to work with some great clients and brands.
