There can be a lot of stress within WM. Trying to be 100% billable doesn't work and the pressure put on an employee when not is ridiculous. Trying your hardest get work and then being asked what you have done all week because you had nothing billable - that mentality didn't change within the few years I worked there. Management is pretty poor now, with many in management roles not knowing what you do or how to help you improve, and many not even wanting to manage people so don't bother. The training for grads is also a running joke, as intake after intake, no support or training and if you make it, you have a pretty low salary for the workload and stress you then deal with.

Very little direction and advice for how to carry out tasks. Leadership uses scare tactics and intimidation to complete rushed deliverables. Leadership is unwilling to implement suggested protocol to streamline communication. Onboarding processes and training is nonexistent Personal growth takes a backseat constantly. Company culture is close to nonexistent
