      I'm extremely satisfied with WM: 1. diverse projects 2. strong corporate culture 3. ability to choose between the product team and outsource 4. a lot of English practice 5. UK trips 6. remote (for the Minsk office) 7. personal approach 8. relocation to Poland

      - Big clients - Good for bulking up your cv, interesting projects - Fun culture - Some talented people to work alongside

      Cons

      - Can be very stressful at times, working on multiple projects and at times difficult to manage priorities/keep all clients happy - Resourcing and handovers for projects are not managed well - Pay - Benefits - Work/life balance - Sales process is poor
