      Promoting from within as much as possible gives everyone plenty of opportunity to progress. Invests a lot in career development with external training as well as exposure to complex and varied projects. Very diverse workforce, including within Senior Leadership team. Collaborative and social culture

      Company culture is the best I've ever experienced. A genuinely great bunch of people. Big focus on women in technology. Representative and diverse SLT. Lots of opportunity for growth.
