Has its challenges, but good overall
Pros
I've spent a few years at Vodafone Digital Sales. I work with good people a good manager and received a promotion and pay rise. The product is market leading, it's a good brand and people do care about each other, it's not aggressive selling. The business is going through a change in the SME team at the moment, there were a lot of people who were there a long time and had it fairly easy in the past, they became negative during the changes. Thankfully most are gone now. Lots of the negative reviews here are from people who were managed to leave, no loss. Free phone, flexible work, good pension and health, parking (pre covid), good ongoing training - new leadership in Sales + L&D is making a positive difference.
Cons
Its sales, so there is pressure to hit monthly targets!! Processes are clunky and slow Lot of admin
