      Pros

      Some GREAT people trying to do their jobs against impossible odds, broken processes and systems that dont work properly. Vodafone has an amazing range of products - and wants to focus on them but always comes back to "how many phones have we sold last week"

      Cons

      No work life balance, company moving into "Agile" and if you dont work in the Office 5 days a weeks then you aren't "fully comitted" Stop changing strategy, direction and structures every 5 minutes - Focus on the Strategic view and not the Tactical "next week" view. Things take time to work - and when it doesn't work shouting at people is generally NOT the answer. Discounts only apply to Sim only - they are "ok" no Handset Discounts,

      Pros

      Unfortunately a lot of the pros were removed due to cutbacks.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be micro-managed over the smallest thing. Commission or bonus was tougher to achieve, due to goals constantly shifting and targets increasing. If you want to work for a company that don't reward or recognise hard work, this is your company. Bullying is part of the managers traits. They like to appear as a trendy, socially responsible company but this is far from the truth.

      Pays on time, relaxed and good work-life balance, remote work 1 day per week, bonus, extra days off, gym, parking

      Cons

      No real chances for promotions, once you are in don't expect salary raise, not good if you want to focus on obtaining or enhancing technical skills, not good if you want to obtain or enhance management skills, generally bad people management, too much politics, fear of owning responsibility, no space for initiatives
