Pros

There are numerous career opportunities within the organisation. There are also a number of perks including free line rental, subsidised calls and texts, free broadband connection at home if your job requires you to work unsociable hours at any time. The company also gives you a laptop and a company mobile phone.

Cons

If you are not a 'self-starter' then your career at Vodafone will be short-lived. Bad senior management - there are several managers who are inefficient and unaccountable. If you work for a decent line manager then you will be okay.

Good work environment within the different departments

Cons

Promotions and recognitions are very limited and sometimes the way they are given is not very fair or at least clear. This was a start up long time ago and a lot of managers were selected at that time just based on the time that had been working in Vodafone (Airtel at that time). This has created a very bad management team in some cases. Salary is not very good either compared to other sectors in Spain

Money - and they treat you nicely compred to other companies in Romania.

Cons

Stupid and incompentent managers. - Really an issue. Their incompetence reflects in the whole business growth and it's frustrating for the employees.
