      Very good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Career opportunities are depending on your connections inside the company, not depending on the employee qualifications & years of experience. Unstable network and CRM systems which makes our customers lost their trust in us. Very slow in taking decisions to solve issues.

      Pros

      Vodafone is my fourth employer and I cant help compare Vodafone with my previous organizations to highlight some of the pros of working with Vodafone. Vodafone India operatons are quite large - making it the second largest MNC in terms of revenue. In spite of the size, the company makes serious efforts towards employee engagement. Here the circle approach helps and each circle HR works with the employees to create a lively, healthy and safe environment to work. The enviroment is professional and there is strong focus on doing things the right way.

      As with any large organization, very fast career growth maynot be possible for all .
