Manager are yes man to upper management, they don't listen to meeting and then ask what has been said. They believe that working more than 40 hours is okay to show people that they are working. Manager do not say nothing to colleague that do not attend the meeting, anarchy, who wants to attend the meeting does and who does not , doesn't. Data scientists are the one doing a lot of wrong things, they don't work too much and are afraid to use newer technologies or to code, bad practice on code, models are merged without tests in production.All service is outsourced to indians. Whatever person goes in big data project runs away as fast he can. Here people pretend to work and do two faces behavior. It's same as 10 years.
