Pros

No overtime, not bad work environment, great boss and some great colleagues. Interesting projects ! remote working but only 1 day of the week!

Cons

Low salary (starting salary is 28k) no career possibilities , specially if you are women. Boys clubs and no meritocracy. Very local and not international at all. Very high turn over specially in marketing. Very chaotic and disorganized and not flexible and modern. Burocratic and very traditional.

There is a quite new office, cool building just outside the centre of Milan. Very light and nice Conference rooms and lunch restaurant is ok.

Cons

Not nice culture and very competitive ambient . Non friendly and no introduction. Worked in the HR area and was worst experience ever. Lacked leadership. No focus on development of people just numbers
