      Pros

      A perfect place is you want to be paid for nothing and never have to learn new technologies and like working in a very unstable environment

      Cons

      Very bad place for junior engineers because they will learn to do everything the wrong way. There is no plan at all, agile is applied the wrong way, a lot of long useless calls, full absence of HR (no hr at all, no career plan for the employees), no transparency and full of lies regarding future plans and salary raises. Organizational structure is bad, there are people on lead positions that have no idea how to manage a team people and the hires are wrong ( either overqualified people to wrong positions or non senior people to senior positions).

      Nothing. there's nothing positive to write for this place of torture.

      Rude managers/supervisors/team leaders. Worst behaviour I've experienced my whole life. Bad management, everyone just does what ever comes out of his head. Irrational and stressful pressure from TLs and SPVs. You don't matter as a human being, you are just a stupid number. They don't help you, they don't even train you!!! You have to work by yourself!! Nobody's there to guide/help you. HR is a joke. Don't waist your time for this stupid company, prefer something else that respects its employees.
