Having to go through the re-structure in my first month

Pros

-People who I worked with on a daily basis were great. -Free use of gym (if you get time) -Can't think of any others tbh

Cons

-Held back too much by head office -the worst place I have worked -have to work bank holidays -pay is poor for the work expected.
