      Pros

      Working At virgin was one of the best Jobs I have ever had Amazing team and managers!! A great sense of team work and you always got out of the job what you put in. Working myself up from club room assistant to Manager was amazing achievement with continuous support from the Gm and operations manager and also HOD team. Always felt supported in my job roll. Some of the best people I've ever worked with from reception to membercare to heaven v team.

      Cons

      Was not a fan of the change of company in Lexington did not fill me with encouragement or support did feel a little let down at the time But do wish them all the best in what they want to achieve as it is the best gym in Nottingham by a long stretch.

      - A company that genuinly cares about you and your progression - A company that invests in their staff - A company with an exemplary health and safety record providing a safe environment for staff - Pay is good and better than a lot of equal job roles across the industry - If you have a problem with any part of your job or pay you can guarantee someone will sort it out and take care of you... - Perks are fantastic and clubs are beautiful to use in your spare time. - At the age of 41 and having worked for many companies - Basingstoke sports trust, horizons, DC Leisure and many council run sites Virgin Active is by far the best with the way I have been treated along with career progression I have so much to thank the business for...
