Cons

Very tiring, 9 hour shifts with 30 min break and no seating so you are expected to stand in one place and cannot leave front of house area.

Everyone is friendly and nice. People are committed to do well in their jobs. High possibility of career progression within the company. Good benefits such as free gym membership for staff, and each employee gets to gift a free gym membership to any of their family or friends as well.

Cons

Poor bonus. Expectations on employees can be quite high, especially for sales and personal training roles.

Cons

If you are lucky, you get to work under a good leader that really supports you to grow and flourish. If you are unlucky like me, you get an self centered bimbo manager that is lazy and does not care about her team.
