Pros

- lovely staff to work with, the people make the job - free gym membership for you and a buddy

Cons

- not paid adequately for expected role - Pay is low - management is very poor and never around, do not listen to staff - focus too much on brand standards and not actually listening to their customers needs - training is poor, nothing is thorough, many staff just have their own way of doing things and have had to guess due to no formal training - high turnover of staff

Good progression and internal promotion. Good pay and commission structure is uncapped so there is a potential to make a lot of money.

Cons

Expected to work extra hours and days in order to hit targets. Limited help and advice if targets are missed one month. Marketing decided at head office which isn't always relevant to the local area.
