going home at the end of a shift, provided they dont have you on call

the company is a joke! Regional management don't have a clue, and constantly throw more work your way dispite being unable to cope as it is. dont want you working anymore than your 40hrs per week but expect you to complete a Management in club like to sweep things under the carpet when they are at fault but like to dish out disciplinary schedule of 50- 60hrs work in that time frame... ie work overtime for nothing! club HODs young & immature, most muck about doing nothing but they are good at brown nosing so are left alone. Never admit when they are in the wrong

Do not need any money to start. They send yoy in a course

Cons

Have to deliver more than 25 personal training hours a week to earn the top tier pay. So you either work to exaustion or get paid considerably less. The comlanh believe all the clients belong to them and not you. they dont let you deliver personal training outside virgin. They pay you less than half of what the session is charged at for the customer. Managers make your life difficult by attempting to give you letters of concern for not responding to email. Equipment not as good as in my private gym. They now want pts to upload all sessions onto a dwtabase 24 hours before the session is delivered. The client ks automatically charged if they cancel within 24 hours
