Company for its people turned into a company purely lead by fianance

Pros

Great team if you are at club level, by far one of the better health club chains out there. Training given is very good

Cons

Above club level it becomes a struggle to get any information and you are always being passed from pillar to post. As soon as there is the slightest issue you are contacted and expected to reply back by that close of day. However, the minute you need support back from corporate level it can be days and even weeks before a response is given! That doesn't seem fair.

Generally a friendly environment to work in, a lot of interesting work going on and people who are interested in the company and fitness

Cons

High staff turnover and not enough handover or time spent on new employees induction. Have to take inducting into your own hands, a lot of the time I have inducted employees myself as they don't have a very good onboarding plan

Complimentary membership and some great staff and members which has kept me in the company for so long

Cons

-managers all look after themselves -save money in any way how -regional manager speaks to people like he knows all and is all powerful.
