Where to begin?
This company are full of promises, nothing to show for it. They take advantage of their employees and over work them. Will almost go as far as saying they are borderline corrupt.
The company will do anything to get away with mispayments, or worse take money/sessions off of personal trainer on purpose just to increase their profits. Very manipulative management who don't pay for expenses with courses that are half way across the country. Management also don't take into consideration work/life balance and do anything they can to save the slightest bit of money even if it means the greatest of inconvenience to their employees.
Overall the company is very sneaky and will ride the line just for the maximum profit output. They don't treat their employees with respect or take care of them responsibly or care about them, we are just a number to them.
Have known for the company to swap GM's/Managers around different clubs and then shut one of the two clubs down with very little notice, in an attempt to get rid of unwanted employees.
