Free gym membership and nice people both staff and members. Very laid back too and gym is always clean and tidy

Cons

Rubbish pay for the amount of amazing customer service they expect us to give and not enough organised and experienced staff

Gym membership, although less of a benefit and more something they had at their disposal by virtue of being a gym

Cons

Terrible pay for a company that charges £80 minimum a month for memberships. Awful management who are basically puppets for head office and only concerned with filling their own pockets. No real benefits or training, the potential to progress is virtually non existent and even if you were to progress it would be an increase of around 50p
