Sought to bring us into the "Tribe" to distract from low wages

If you are looking to start a career in the Fitness industry it's ok, they offer training and a relatively average structure that will help you get started.

Cons

You must jump through hoops in order to get onto some training courses, some of which can only be used at VA. The wages were so abysmal I am surprised anyone could survive on them living in London. Which is ridiculous considering the amount members pay for their memberships.

Good progression prospects for those that wish to stay within Virgin Active Good commission structure Lots of training on offer to further enhance skills Friendly atmosphere

Cons

A lot of the staff working for Virgin Active do not see a life beyond the company which at times can impact negatively on those around them

You meet some amazing people that essentially become like your family and the majority of the members are lovely.

Cons

No support when you need it. Double standards. Senior/ Regional management have no regard for individuals. Awful HR processes.
